    Major Responsibilities:

  1. IT Support – Provide Help Support
  2. Work with end-users or Service Desk on resolving issues.
  3. Desktop/laptop hardware and software, and peripherals.
  4. Installation & Configuration and management of:
  5. Local Area Network, wireless network, peer-to-peer or client server architecture, as appropriate.
  6. Create and maintain network documentation to include but not limited to IP address, system access, email creation system, upgrades and changes to original network, etc.
  7. Maintenance, Repair & Security:
  8. Perform preventative maintenance
  9. Update appropriate network security and data loss prevention procedures to safeguard system from physical harm, viruses, unauthorized users and damage to data.
  10. Any other IT related tasks assigned by the supervisor or Regional IT team to accomplish the overall organizational goals.
